Ingredients
8 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal 16 oz Shady Brook Extra Lean Ground Turkey 99% FF (by DESIREESPARK) 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tbsp Rosemary .33 tbsp Goya Minced Garlic (by PANZAVERDE) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .75 cup Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor until well blended.
Spray a 12 muffin tin with cooking spray.
Evenly divide mixture amongst muffin tins.
Bake for 15 minutes.
