Ingredients
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup Spinach, fresh 2 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 2 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese .5 cup 2 % KROGER MILK REDUCED FAT
Directions
Beat eggs
Add remaining ingredients
mix thoroughly.
pour into a well greased oven safe pan.
Bake at 350-425 until firm ( 20-30 minutes)
