Ingredients
8.0 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt8.0 serving Greek Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt (Green Mountain Farms) 2 t=22g3.0 serving I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Stick), 1 Tbsp1.5 cup Brown rice crisps1.0 serving Egg beaters, egg substitute, 1/4 c = 1 egg (egg whites w/spices and vitamins)1.0 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol13.0 tsp Splenda
Directions
The crust: Grind or crush brown crispies, melt butter. Mix crispies and butter til blended. (Opt. Add 1 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar). Press into pie pan. For Filling: Blend cream cheese, yogurt, splenda & vanilla. Add egg subst. Don't over mix. Scoop cheesecake into crust. BAKE @ 350 for 30 min. Allow to cool completely. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
