Egg Fast Vanilla Caramel Cheesecake

Ingredients
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese 8 serving Eggland's Best Cage Free Brown Eggs (serving is 1 egg, 115mg Omega 3, 200 mg Lutein) (by SUGAREE_1202) 16 tbsp (Full 8 oz pkg) Kerrygold Pure Irish Grass-Fed Butter (Unsalted) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Watkins Caramel Extract1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Soften cream cheese and butter before mixing. Butter can be melted in microwave. Place all ingredients in blender and mix until thoroughly combined. Use spatula to scrape sides of blender as cream cheese will stick.
Bake for 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Tops should be slightly browned. ( I used a silicone muffin pan and baking time is usually longer than metal pans.) If using metal pan, bake for 25 minutes and check for doneness. Add time if needed to slightly brown tops.
