egg chile and cheese muffins

Ingredients
15 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 16 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 cup Hot chile pepers
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. line muffin pan (or spray non stick muffin pan). layer cheese and chile (use Ortega), mix eggs, fill to top of tins. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes or until tops are browning. Rotate pan at about 20 minutes
