.25 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched 1 serving Egg white, large 1 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet] 1.5 tsp Almond Extract (by CRANKYGIRL) 2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable 1 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
1. mix all of the dry ingredients together
2. mix in the egg white while stirring gently
3. pour the almond milk into the mixture
4. put the almond extract in and then pour in the stevia
5. carefully put the mixture into a pan and let it cook on medium for three minutes, while it cooks use your cooking utensil and pry
open the edges, keeping in mind that we are not using butter
6. flip pancake, wait a minute and then take the pancake out and serve!
Serving Size: 1 large pancake or two small ones
