Peach Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 cup Corn Oil 1.25 cup Granulated Sugar 4 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground .75 cup Milk, 3.25% 3 cup Flour, white .5 tsp Salt 2 cup slices Peaches, fresh 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
mix the oil and sugar
add the milk (warm)
add the eggs (mixed with vanilla extract)
add the flour (mixed with cinnamon; baking powder and baking soda ) stirring constantly
add the peaches
pour the batter in 36 cupcakes molds and bake on 180 C for 20 minutes
