Ingredients
4.0 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular (Soft), 1 Tbsp 0.25 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Kirkland)0.66 cup Granulated Sugar2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1.5 cup Applesauce, sweetened1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.5 tsp Salt2.5 tbsp *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mix first three ingredients. Add eggs and cocoa. Mix. Mix in applesauce. Add rest of dry ingredients and mix well. Fold chocolate chips in. Put in muffin liners and bake for 18-20 minutes at 350.
