Broccoli Bacon Cheddar Quiche

Ingredients
4 oz Cheddar Cheese 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .6 cup Half and Half Cream 8 serving Applegate Farms No Nitrates Added or Antibiotics Used Uncured Turkey Bacon (1 slice) 2.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1.5 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified 5 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Chop broccoli so you have only the florets, place in a steamer; place bacon on a sheetpan in an unheated oven; turn oven to 400 degrees, bake 18-20 min; while broccoli is steaming and bacon is cooking, make the crust using the flour, butter, and 3 Tbsp water. When bacon comes out of oven, replace with the crust and remove broccoli from the steamer. While bacon cools, grate the cheese, and beat the eggs with the half and half. Dice the bacon. Take the crust out of the oven, put cheese on bottom, then bacon, then broccoli, then pour the egg mixture over. Bake at 375 degrees 40 minutes. I don't add salt due to the cheese and bacon, but feel free.
