12.0 tbsp Cream Cheese25.0 tbsp Betty crocker sugar cookie mix2.0 cup Blackberries, fresh2.0 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh1.0 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh1.0 pint as purchased, yields Raspberries2.0 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit0.75 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar
Bake cookie dough per instructions or use one premix roll of dough -use a flat pizza pan or similar flat baking pan any shape
Let cool and mix cream cheese and powdered sugar -powdered sugar is just to sweeten a bit, if you prefer flavored cream cheese instead , substitute
Spread mixture over cookie pizza.
Slice all fruit and add as desired like pizza ingredients (I top with the banana slices like pepperoni)
If desired sprinkle powdered sugar on top like parmesan.
Light and refreshing and if you watch the cookie dough and use fat free cream cheese you can cut the calories and fat a bit.
