Ingredients
.83 cup Granulated Sugar 8 large Egg white, fresh 250 grams Butter, unsalted 2 cup Margarine, soft
Directions
Combine sugar and egg whites then heat it in double boiler until it reach 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Beat it in stand mixer until it reaches soft peaks simultaneously add margarine and butter until well incorporated

Serving Size: makes 6 cups of frosting
