Shrimp & Asparagus Stir Fry

4 tbsp Olive Oil 16 oz Shrimp, raw 453.6 grams Asparagus, fresh 1 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (by BACORONA) 1 tsp garlic - minced (by GUTCH67) 1 tsp Ginger Root 1 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Shell & devein the shrimp.
Cut asparagus into pieces 1 to 2 inches.
In large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium high heat.
Add shrimp, then season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt & 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper (to taste).
Cook until shrimp is pink, remove from pan & set aside.
Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to the pan & add asparagus.
Add ginger and garlic, then season with remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Stir frequently & cook until asparagus is tender crisp to the bite.
Return shrimp to pan, then add soy sauce.
Stir until ingredients are just combined.
Add lemon juice & serve.
Serving Size: About 2 cups.
