Chicken Chard Mushroom Tomato Frittata

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw, diced4-6 cloves of garlic, minced2.7 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz), quartered 2.5 cup Rainbow Chard - Raw - Fresh (chopped) (by EBL1112) 2.5 cup Diced tomatoes, fire roasted, Muir Glen (by OMALLEYC) 12 oz Kroger Rotisserie Chicken (by JOEHARWELL300) 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Hokan Coconut Milk (by ALIFIT)
Sauté onions and garlic, add tomatoes, mushrooms and chard, simmer on medium heat until liquid cooks off. Dice Chicken and stir in. Mix eggs and coconut milk, salt and pepper to taste, in separate bowl. Put chicken mixture in baking dish and pour egg mixture over. Bake at 400 for 20 mins.
