Chicken Vegetable Soup

GarlicOnionOlive OilButter (optional)Sweet PotatoChicken BreastPeasOrganic Broth (Vegetable and Chicken)
Saute Garlic and Onion until carmelized. Add cubed sweet potato. Cook until potato is pale but still firm. Add chicken sliced into short strips across the grain (Asian style) or cubed as you prefer. Once chicken is halfway cooked, add broth. Bring to a boil and toss in a bit of frozen peas for colour. Once chicken is cooked, serve.
