Broccoli Delight Salad

Ingredients
2 cups chopped Broccoli florets1 cup chopped red onions.75 cup chopped dried cranberries (or raisins).5 cup Mayo with Olive oil (Kraft)1 tbsp crushed ginger1tsp black pepper.25 cup pineapple juice (lemon juice or sweet pickle juice)
Directions
Makes about 8 1/2 cup servings

Chop all ingredients and mix together. Refrigerate before serving for better flavor.

    Tasted good. I replaced the mayonnaise with fat free yogurt and add a little crumbled feta cheese on top. The red onion was a little overpowering, so the next time I will try green onions. It's a keeper! - 5/28/08
