Creamy Italian Crock Pot Chicken

6 large boneless, skinless chicken breast (40 oz) Frozen1 bottle Creamy Italian Dressing - Kraft4 tsp minced garlic1 tbsp Parsley, dried 1.5 - 2 cups white rice2 chicken bullion cubes (optional)
Seperate frozen chicken breasts, if nessecary.
Place in crock pot with half a bottle of cream italian dressing, garlic and parsley. Cook on high for 3-4 hours, then shred the chicken. add the rest of the dressing and rice and cook 2-3 more hours or until rice is done but not mushy. You may need to adjust the amount of rice or add additional water. Also add the bullion cubes when adding the rice if using
