Russian Sauerkraut

Ingredients
1 cup Sauerkraut 1 cup Canned Tomatoe - Alymer diced (by MAAYOTTE) 12 oz Ground Pork 12 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1 cup Sauerkraut 1 cup Canned Diced Tomatoes (by LISSAFAITH1959) 1 cup Sour Cream
Directions
brown the pork and beef; drain and season with salt and pepper. Reserve the drippings and re-add to pot. Saute the onions in the drippings. Add the sauerkraut and tomatoes as well as the browned meat and cook for one hour. After the hour add the sour cream and blend well.
