Detox Salad

Ingredients
2 cup, chopped Kale 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 2 cup Brussels sprouts, fresh 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .5 cup chopped fresh Parsley 1 oz raw Sunflower Seeds, without salt .5 cup, slivered Almonds (can substitute other nuts if desired)3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 1 T. Raw Ginger Root 1 tsp. Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey
Directions
In food processor, chop kale, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, red cabbage, carrots and parsley until finely chopped (will need to do in batches). Add sunflower seeds and almonds (or whatever nuts you prefer) and mix together. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, ginger root and honey. Pour over salad ingredients and mix.
