No Guilt Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
1 baked potato, with skinbutter-flavored nonfat cooking spray salt & pepper to taste
Directions
While you are heating a saute pan, cut the baked potato into cubes. Spray some nonfat cooking spray in the pan, place the cubed potatoes in the pan, and then give them a couple of sprays. Saute on high for about 5 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste. NOTE: You can add other ingredients -- parsley, onion, green peppe, etc.
