2 RED BELL PEPPERS2 YELLOW BELL PEPPERS3 JALEPENO PEPPERS2 BANANA PEPPERS6 TOMITILLOS4 GARLIC CLOVES3 SHALLOTS
Directions
WASH ALL PEPPERS, , PLACE WHOLE PEPPERS ON GRILL AND COOK UNTIL BLACKED ON ALL SIDES, MEANWHILE FOLD SHALLOTS AND GARLIC CLOVES IN TIN FOIL WITH A SMALL AMT OF OLIVE OIL, PUT THE FOLDED TIN FOIL ON THE GRILL WHILE COOKING THE PEPPERS, FLIPPING OCCASIONALLY. ONCE PEPPERS ARE BLACKENED ON ALL SIDES, PLACE THEM IN BROWN PAPER BAG UNTIL PEPPERS COOL, APPROX. 15 MIN. TAKE PEPPERS OUT OF BAG ONE AT A TIME AND PEEL SKIN OFF, ALSO SLICE THEM OPEN AND SCRAPE OUT THE SEED AND REMOVE THE STEMS. PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS, INCLUDING THE GRILLED SHALLOTS AND GARLIC INTO FOOD PROCESS.

SERVE WITH CELERY, OR EVEN AS A TOPPING OR HAMBURGERS ETC.
