Jambalaya Lentil Mix

Ingredients
1.25 cup Lentils 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.5 sausage (10" long x 1-1/4" dia Polish Pork Sausage 4 serving Coles - Vine ripe tomatoes(per tomato) (by NEZZA77) 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 tsp chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1) 2 tsp Garlic powder 1 dash Salt 2 tsp Cajun Spice (by PPICASSO) 2 tsp Paprika
Directions
Place tomatoes and seasonings in a pot with a small amount of water to cover the bottom of a small pan. Squash tomatoes down with a potato masher. Heat to summer and let summer on low until they've cooked thoroughly, this will be the sauce base. Blend tomatoes in a blender until smooth.
Rinse and separate lentils, place in slow cooker. Add all ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until lentils are cooked through.
