Dirty Rice

Ingredients
1 Cup - Black Beans1 Cup - Red Kidney Beans.5 Cup Chicken Broth / Stock (can be sub'd for Vegetable broth / stock)3 - Bonless Skinless Chicken Breasts1 pkg - Uncle Bens rice bag (yeild 1 cup)
Directions
1) Cook rice seperatly - as per directions set aside.
2) Add beans (black and kidney) to large saucepan
3) Broil Chicken in Oven till done
4) Slice cooked chicken and add to beans
5) Add rice and Broth / stock to pan
6) Simmer for 5 minutes
7) Spice as desired
