Directions
1. Dried beans, lamb, cut into small pieces to be roasted onions and crisp onions , roasted garlic, sprinkle cooked or burnt . Then peeled off
2. Remove shrimp to roast Then thoroughly pounded
3. Pounding dried chilies with garlic , onion paste, salt thoroughly pounded to pieces and then put enough shrimp , tamarind minced . Pounded well with sugar , flavored with fish sauce taste like .

4. 3 tablespoons oil in a pan hot enough to fry the onion, chili dip , use low heat and stir until well over a lap up .
