24 serving(s) La Choy Teriyaki sauce (1 bottle)3 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 7 cup Bird Eye Steamfresh Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Pea & Water Chestnuts 4 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Place chicken breasts in 9x12 baking dish. Cover with half the teriyaki sauce and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the rice and vegetables according to directions. Remove chicken from oven and shred with two forks. Add in the vegetables, rice, and rest of teriyaki sauce. Mix thoroughly and place back in oven for 15 minutes.
