Creamy Tomato and Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
1.25 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat0.25 cup Sour Cream0.25 tsp Pepper, black0.25 tsp Salt0.25 cup, chopped Scallions, raw1.5 cup Tomato Sauce8.0 oz Egg Noodles, enriched16.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck2.0 cup Great Value Sharp Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
In skillet brown ground chuck, drain any residual grease, add salt and pepper and tomato sauce. Once heated reduce temp to simmer. While cooking meat mixture boil water in large pot. Once boiling add pasta to Al-dente. Remove from heat and drain. In bowl mix sour cream and cottage cheese, add cooked pasta. In 9x13 pan spread 1/2 pasta mixture, spread meat mixture, spread 1/2 of cheese, repeat layering as noted above. Spread scallions on top of cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 1.5 cup servings
