Machaca Beef

1 1/2 pounds lean beef roast1 large onion sliced4 oz. can of chopped green chilies2 tsp. low sodium beef bouillon 2 tsp. yellow mustard1/2 tsp. garlic powder3/4 tsp. seaoning salt1/2 tsp black pepper1 cup salsa
1. Combine all ingredients except salsa in slow cooker. Add just enough water to cover the roast.
2. Cover cooker nd cook on low 10-12 hours or until beef is tender. * Drain and reserve liquid
3. Shred beef using two forks to pull apart.
4.Combine beef, salsa and enough of the reserved liquid to make desired consistency.
5. Use as filling for burritos, chalupas, quesadillas or tacos.
* If you are home you can crack the lid of the crock pot in the last hour our two to reduce the amount of liquid. Watch to make sure it doesn't get too dry.
