4.0 tbsp Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed16.0 tbsp Aunt Jemima self rising flour24.0 tsp organic sugar Florida Crystals3.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil8.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla2.0 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Baking Soda0.75 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.5 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin0.5 cup, chopped Walnuts
Blend dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine eggs, oil and milk. Stir until blended into dry ingredients. Batter will be thick. Fold in apples and walnuts. Fill tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes.
