29 gram Blenditup protein (by BVGIRI) 1 tbsp Just almond meal Trader Joe's .3 serving Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz) .25 cup Fresh Made Organic Kefir - Plain 1 tbsp Trader Joe's Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Baking Soda 2 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Mix together peanut butter, yogurt (3 tbl spoons), kefir (1/4 cup), eggs followed by dry ingredients:
2 scoops of protein
1 tbl spoon of amlond flower
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbl spoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp brown sugar
pinch of salt
. Cook on slightly oiled pancake pan
