Ingredients
1 lb ground beef or turkey2 cans kidney beans1 can diced tomatoes1 can tomato sauce3 cups rice already madeChili powderonion powdergarlic powdersalt to taste (optional) sour cream (optional)cheese (optional)
Directions
Cook rice according to directions. Brown the meat in large pot. Drain and rinse meat in colonder and return to pot. Rinse kidney beans and add to meat. Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Season to taste with chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Heat on medium for 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve over rice with sour cream and cheese.

    Fast and easy. A good last minute meal because I had everything I needed in the pantry already. The kids ate it without complaining. I served with rice/cheese/sour cream on side so those not worried about calories could help themselves. Definately a thumbs up. - 3/21/07
