Ingredients
0.50 tbsp Butter, salted 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 70 gram(s) Ore-Ida Tater Tot - 9 Tots 1.40 serving Bacon - Oscar Mayer Center Cut 3 slices 1 serving Bob Evan's Original Pork Sausage Patty (2 patties per serv)
Directions
Cook the bacon and sausage then crumble and set aside. Cook the tater tots in the oven and crumble and set aside. Crack 4 eggs and beat. Add bacon, sausage and potatoes to eggs then season to taste and stir to combine. Heat a skillet on med-high. Drop butter in skillet and then pour egg mixture into hot pan. Stir vigorously until desired doneness. Enjoy.
