Directions
Roast peppers...peel skin half and set aside Cook onion and celery Chop Garlic add tomatoes diced and tomato sauce garlic and simmer Mix meat and egg cook and drain Cook Rice Mix together and stuff pepper halves Cover with cheese Bake at 350 degrees
