Green Bell Pepper1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.0 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)0.5 cup Tomato Sauce3.0 clove Garlic1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw12.0 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin1.5 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked5.0 serving Cheddar Cheese, Tillamook All Natural Sharp Cheddar (1 oz)
Roast peppers...peel skin half and set aside
Cook onion and celery
Chop Garlic add tomatoes diced and tomato sauce garlic and simmer
Mix meat and egg cook and drain
Cook Rice
Mix together and stuff pepper halves
Cover with cheese
Bake at 350 degrees
