16.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium8.0 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce1.0 tbsp Hoisin Sauce4.0 clove Garlic10.0 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root1.0 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar4.0 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener3.0 cup Brocolli, Fresh Steamed3.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh2.0 serving Sugar Snap Peas, Raw ` edible-podded, raw [Snowpeas, Sugar snap peas] 10 pea pods 34g1.0 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts)2.0 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
Directions
Mix chicken broth, soy sauce,hoisin sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger root, rice vinegar, truvia (or splenda brown sugar). Cut chicken into small pieces and place in crockpit.p Stir liquid ingredients and poir over chicken. Cook on low 4 hours. M7x corn starch with 1/4cup water and stir into crockpot Add brocolli flowerettes, mushrooms, water chestnuts, sugar snap peas Cook another hour on low Serve with rice or quinoa (not in nutrition count)
