Mom's Potato Salad

Ingredients
2 pounds Potatoes; chopped/diced/bite-size1/2 cup Just Mayo (vegan mayo)1 tsp Yellow Mustard 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tbsp Dill pickle juice
Directions
Cook potatoes until tender. Drain and cool.

Add all ingredients together in serving bowl. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
