1 cup 365 Organic Quinoa 0.5 block Tofu, firm 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts) 0.75 cup Coconut milk (light) 1 cup Vegetable Broth 6 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 6 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice 2 1tsp Sesame Oil 2 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Directions
Combine sauce in food processor. Boil quinoa in coconut milk + broth. Boil vegetable until tender crisp. Brown tofu in soy sauce. Combine. Enjoy. Serving Size: 8 1/2-cup servings
