Gluten Free Taco Bake

16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 2.5 serving canned rotel tomatoes (by MILDOLLARSMILE) 8 serving Tortilla chips - On the Border - 7 chip serving (gluten free)2 cup Sargento Classic Sharp Cheddar Fancy Shredded Natural Cheddar Cheese
Brown the beef- drain.
Stir in rotel, taco seasoning, and water.
Warm through.
Spray a casserole dish.
Add a layer of tortilla chips.
Crumble ground beef mixture on top. Top with cheese.
Repeat layer 2 more times, making sure cheese is on top.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 until cheese is bubbly.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings.
