Ingredients
16 oz Barilla Elbow Macaroni 6 tbsp Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, Extra Virgin Olive Oil 10 tbsp Coffee Mate 2 cup Four Cheese Mexican Blend Fancy Shredded Cheese
Directions
Cooke pasta al Dante. Sire in butter then milk. Add 3/4!of cheese leaving enough left over to coat the top of pasta on the pan. stir to blend. Placed in a spray pan. Top with reserved cheese. Back 375 for 20 minutes or until top is brown.
