2 cans condensed Tomato Soup 1 large raw onion1 pound 90/10 ground beef1 package whole wheat spaghetti1 table spoon Kraft American Cheese food (orange powder from Mac & Cheese)Salt & Pepper to taste
Cook spaghetti as instructed
Heat oil in large saute pan under medium/low heat
Slice onion in thin slices, break into rings and add to pan, Sweat onions until translusent do not brown. Remove from pan and set aside
Increase to medium high, add ground beef, salt and pepper to taste. Saute until completely cooked making sure to complete break apart as cooking
Add the condensed tomato soups, cooked onions, cheese and more spices again to taste and simmer over medium low heat until bubbling. Toss with cooked pasta, add a little water if not saucy enough
Make approx. 6 1.5 cup servings.
