Chocolate Cream Pie

Ingredients
2 tablespoons (heaping) flour3/4 cup sugar2 tablespoons baking cocoa2 cups skim milk2 egg yolks1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 baked 9-inch pie crust 2 egg whites 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions
Sift together 3/4 cup sugar, flour, and cocoa. Heat milk and egg yolks in saucepan until lukewarm. Stir in flour mixture. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Beat in vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Beat egg whites with 2 tablespoons sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over filling. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Yield: 8 Servings
