Russian style Chicken Patties

Ingredients
-ground chicken, or turkey - whatever your preference. * enough to make as many patties as fits you and/or your family-raw onions-spices of your choice * I just use pepper-bread crumbs
Directions
A medium sized patty as shown in the picture is 1 serving. I usually make the entire package of ground chicken and portion it out for the week.
You take the ground chicken chopped onions and bread crumbs and mix them together in a bowl. Adding pepper or whatever spices you like.
Then you make patties that fit in the palm of your hands for forming.
After the patty is formed you fry them in a pain until they are dark brown on the outside.
