Ingredients
15oz can Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)1/2 cup Splenda 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Vanilla extract5 large Eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with butter or nonstick spray. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, use hand mixer to blend until smooth. Pour batter into baking dish. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve chilled and enjoy with your favorite no sugar/low carb topping! Serving Size: Makes 12 bars
