4.0 oz Cheddar Cheese4.0 tbsp Cream Cheese0.25 cup Sour Cream2.0 tsp Chili powder1.0 tsp Onion powder2.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted3.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers1.0 tsp Salt
Directions
Cook and shred chicken. Over medium heat, add remaining ingredients to chicken. Stir well. Once cheese is melted and the dish is warm, serve over rice. ( It helps to tear the cream cheese into small pieces before adding to the pan.) Serving Size: Makes 3 servings
