Meat and vegetable rice

Ingredients
4 cups MinuteRice500 gram(s) lean grounded beef and pork (Walmart) - Québec 180 grams Carrots, raw 110 grams Onions, raw 280 grams Zucchini 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Compliments Soya Sauce (by KOMODODANCER) 2 1tsp Canola Oil
Directions
Cook the diced carrots and onion in the oil for 3 minutes, than add the meat and cook until browned. Add the diced zucchini and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the water and bring to a boil. Once it boils, add the rice, mix well, turn off the heat and cover. Leave for 5 minutes, then add the soya sauce and serve.
