1 c. chopped seedless cucumber1/2 cup chopped mango1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained2 Tbl. seeded diced jalapeno pepper1 Tbl. fresh cilantro2 Tbl. fresh lime juice1 Tbl fresh orange juice1/2 t. salt
Directions
Combine all in a bowl. Let stand 15 minutes before serving
