4.0 cup Spaghetti Squash1.5 cup Beans, black1.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen0.5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw6.0 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning0.5 cup Salsa
Roast squash as desired. Saute peppers and onions. Add salsa corn and beans. Add shredded squash and seasoning. Top with cheese as desired.
