Ingredients
.25 cup Butter, unsalted 4 serving MCT Oil 365(1Tbsp=15ml=1serv) 2016 .25 cup Lard 4 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 4 tbsp Peanut Butter, chunk style 12 tsp Splenda
Directions
Place first three (Butter, Fat & MCT) in a microwave bowl, heat till melted; whisk to mix. Add Coca powder & sweetener; whisk to blend.
pour into 24 molds- freeze for at least 30 minutes. Store in freezer.

Serving Size: Makes 24 tsp sized bits (I used a candy mold)
