Chickpeas (Channa)

Ingredients
1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 medium onion, diced1.5 cup diced celery 4 cloves garlic, minced 3 (15.5oz) cans of chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsedonion powder to tastegarlic powder to tasteseasoned salt to tastepepper to taste
Directions
Saute celery and onions in extra virgin olive oil until softened, around 10 minutes; add garlic and saute another minute; add chickpeas and spices to taste, stir until well incorporated, cover, and cook over low heat for roughly 30 minutes until chickpeas reach desired tenderness.
