1 cup Potato Canned Allen's Sliced 15 Oz (by 69FOOD) 10 oz ground beef, lean - crumbled, hot water rinsed (by HERKYBIRD) 2 large Poached Egg PepperGarlic Powder
Combine potatoes and beef crumbles in hot frying skilled and toss fry until the bottoms begin to stick. Add pepper and Garlic Powder to individual taste. Form into roughly circular heap in the middle of the pan and pour two unbroken eggs onto the top. Cover and cook until egg whites are done to even whiteness over top of potatoes and beef. Serve with eggs unbroken if possible but don't worry about it, they will be broken as soon as served anyway.
