*Steep Rooibos tea for 5mins in 3 cups of boiling hot water. (Less or more depending on taste. Tea is zero macro's so nutrition does not change)
*Add 2Tbsp. of coconut oil.
*Add 1/2 container of Vanilla Premier Protein Shake.
*Froth
