Healthy detox soup

2- 1lb packages of ground chicken browned2 tsp Olive Oil1- 8oz package of baby bella mushrooms diced7 Mini Sweet Bell Peppers diced28 oz canned tomato, crushed, 28oz 28 oz can diced tomato15 oz can of cannelini bean drained1 32 oz container Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium1 tbsp Parsley, dried 2 tsp Garlic minced1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp cayenne 2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp cinnamon
In a large stock pot, brown ground chicken on med heat. when done remove from pot.
Add to pot 2 tsp of olive oil and add baby bellas and sweet bell peppers. Saute about 2 minutes.
Add minced gaarlic , saute for about 2 more minutes.
Add cooked chicken back to pot and add the rest of the ingredients.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat after it boils to med-low and let cook for about an hour.
Taste and adjust spices as desired. Can add garlic powder for a more intense flavor.
