1.25 cup Enchilada Sauce 1.75 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles1.75 cup Bush's Chili Beans 1.75 cup Beans, black , drained1.75 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned , drained24 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 8 oz Cream Cheese 0.5 tsp Cumin ground0.25 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Seasoned Salt0.25 tsp Pepper, black 1.5 tbsp Chili powder8 oz Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat
Place all ingredients except cream cheese in a slaw cooker. Stir well. Cook on high hear for 4 hours. Remove chicken & shred using 2 forks. Cube the cream cheese & add to slow cooker. Return shredded chicken to crock pot & heat on high until cream cheese is melted. Stir. Serve with sour cream, cheddar cheese, avocado, and/ or fresh cilantro.
